The big screen in your backyard, Movies in the Parks returns this summer, bringing Hollywood movies and local films to local parks for the twenty-sixth season. Join us on Saturday, September 5th for a screening of Hoppers at Brands Park! 🎬✨ Movie begins at dusk, but come early for games and snacks! Thanks to the generous support of council members and neighborhood gem The Alley for sponsoring this summer's movie! Folklorico in the Park

Ballet Folklorico de Chicago invites you to Folklórico en el Parque, a free summer series celebrating Mexican culture through dance. Enjoy live folklórico performances and join us in learning the traditional Jarabe Tapatío in a fun, welcoming environment for all ages. No experience needed! Events take place in local parks, creating a vibrant space for community connection, culture, and movement. Wear comfortable gym shoes and bring a water bottle. Chairs or blankets are welcome for those who prefer to sit and watch.
